The City of Nolanville’s new upscale housing development is raising eyebrows around Texas and raising hopes for the City. Builders from around Texas have taken interest in Bella Charca - a 325 acre subdivision that is incorporating natural beauty with high-end housing.
The Wallace Group was contracted by Bare Land Developments to design Bella Charca, a development with a total build-out close to 600 homes. Our services have included surveying, preliminary and final design, a drainage analysis, a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) and a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) from FEMA.
Construction is complete on Phases I - III. Phase I sold out in 30 days and Phases II and III are nearly sold out. Design is underway for Phases IV and V, with future planning also in progress.
