Work Order 14081 The Wallace Group provided engineering and survey design services for the site development of a 145-unit apartment site. The proposed development included a 13-story building located on 0.595 acres. The complex included 311 structured parking spaces and approximately 5,000 s.f. of ground retail space.The existing waterlines adjacent to the site were only 6-inches in size. The City of Austin required an extension of an existing 16-inch water line. In addition, the University Neighborhood Overlay Zoning Ordinance required a license agreement prior to the installation of streetscape features in the right-of-way on this site. |
