Work Order 18170

The Waco staff completed survey and civil design services for a new apartment complex on 12.52 acres. The final site plan met the City of Waco design criteria and included such items as building and parking layouts, site dimensions, maximum and minimum setbacks, impervious covers, and other summary information required by the City. An ALTA/ACSM land title survey, topographic survey, site grading and drainage plan, site utility plan for water and wastewater service, MEP coordination, and an erosion and sedimentation control plan, were developed for this project. In addition, we prepared and submitted the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) application according to their guidelines.

Bidding and negotiations, site-related construction phase services, coordinating geotechnical investigations and traffic impact analyses were a part of the full-service package that The Wallace Group provided.
