The Wallace Group is providing engineering and design services for a 47 acre 500,000+ SF commercial retail center along the frontage of Interstate Highway 30 in Rockwall, Texas. The site includes several major retail anchor stores and over 26 separate pad sites as well as park areas, arbor crossings in parking areas, and fountains as amenities.
Replatting the adjoining 30-acre tract and engineering design services were also completed. These properties are for The Woodmont Company, a large nationwide commercial developer based out of Fort Worth.
The Wallace Group is also working on another Woodmont project in Plano, Texas. The Woodmont Company has purchased an existing Wal-Mart site and will demolish it for new commercial development.
