This project included preliminary site planning, boundary and topographic survey, flood plain analysis, utility, site grading plan, visitor, employee and service entrance roads, service, visitor, pick-up and delivery, and employee parking. The 50-acre plant site has landscaping berms, cascading water features, and a major reflecting pond to provide a park-like setting for a $12 million factory employing 300 people.
