Hotel developer Mark Hemstreet is building a $17 million Shilo Inn next to the Killeen Civic and Conference Center. The hotel will include a 115,300 s.f., 160-unit hotel and a 16,002 s.f. restaurant building. The complete site is 11.86 acres, with the hotel site being 5.70 acres. The Wallace Group is providing survey and civil design. This new hotel will bring approximately 100 full-time jobs to the Killeen economy.
