The Wallace Group has played a significant role in the redevelopment and expansion of ExxonMobil fuel stations in the Austin, San Antonio Houston, and Dallas areas. Since 1997, The Wallace Group has designed and permitted 24 stations in the Austin area with building sizes ranging from 2,700 s.f. to 4,300 s.f. Thirteen sites were demolish and rebuilds, while 11 sites were new sites. In addition to the paving, drainage and utility improvements, some of these sites required detention and/or water quality ponds as well. Three additional existing sites involved car wash additions, and another involved a remodel project and car wash addition. Additional projects included site investigation and surveys on 27 sites in San Antonio of which 6 sites were permitted and constructed. The Wallace Group has also permitted several sites in the Dallas market in the last seven years. Our services for ExxonMobil are performed under contracts with Trammell Crow Company, who has the national contract with ExxonMobil for project development of their convenience store/gas stations. The Wallace Group has recently expanded our services with the Trammel Crow Company for 7 ExxonMobil sites in the Houston market.
