This project involved acquiring a 110–foot right–of–way width for a four-lane divided roadway with a 16-foot landscaped median. Design included sidewalks, landscaped parkways, period lighting, and other utility improvements. The project budget was $2.64 million for this 3,000 linear foot roadway project. Services provided include route alignment, right-of-way acquisition, civil design of roadway, median, sidewalks and extensive drainage facilities, surveying, permitting, construction administration, and project representation.
