The Wallace Group has been the lead professional design firm involved in several projects planned to assist in the revitalization of downtown Waco. These projects include:
- Marriott Courtyard and Convention Center Site Improvements
- Austin Avenue Landscaping and Lighting Improvements
- Mary Avenue Streetscaping
- 3rd & 4th Street Streetscaping
These projects were planned to create attractive and well-lit street scenes using the latest techniques for walkway and trail construction. Low cost, high quality, and easy maintenance were top priorities.
