Work Order 8367
University Parks Trail is a 5,900 foot extension of the River Walk in Waco, Texas. The facility is designed to TxDOT and AASHTO standards and is funded by an ISTEA Grant.
This hike and bike trail along the Brazos River includes several small bridges, heavy landscaping, lighting, irrigation, and retaining walls. This trail links downtown Waco to Cameron Park. The trail is a 10-foot wide concrete path designed to miss major trees.
