Work Order 13663

This Texas Parks and Wildlife Department project included the design of a City Park to include a fishing pier, walking trails, exercise areas along the trails, RV pads and hook-ups, picnic tables and areas, playscapes, a basketball/tennis court, and parking upgrades.

City Lakes Park sports rolling terrain and contains five lakes, ranging in size from about two acres up to about 25 acres. The lakes are designated by the TPWD as Community Fishing Lakes (CFL). This means the lakes are a public impoundment 75 acres or smaller located totally within an incorporated city limits or a public park, or any impoundment lying totally within the boundaries of a state park. Permitting and design was completed in accordance with TPWD guidelines.
