The final site plan will meet the City of Waco design criteria and will include such items as building and parking layouts, site dimensions, maximum and minimum setbacks, impervious covers, and other summary information required by the City. A site grading and drainage plan, a site utility plan for water and wastewater service, MEP coordination, and an erosion and sedimentation control plan, are all being developed for this project. In addition, we will prepare and submit the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) application according to their guidelines.

Bidding and negotiations, site-related construction phase services, coordinating geotechnical investigations and traffic impact analyses are all part of the full-service package that The Wallace Group provides.
