| Design Of Three Exxon/Mobil Sites Are Underway Three new Exxon/Mobil sites are currently being developed in the Houston area. The sites will include surveys, site investigation reports and preliminary site plan modifications. The design work is being completed in our Round Rock office. The Wallace Group has played a significant role in redeveloping Exxon/Mobil’s fuel stations in the Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Dallas metropolitan areas. Since 1997, The Wallace Group has designed and permitted over 80 gas stations for Exxon, Texaco, and Chevron.
The design of fueling stations requires in-depth knowledge of underground storage tanks, fuel line products, site layout with regards to queuing, grading, and truck movement on the site. The Wallace Group’s experience in fuel station designs expedites the permitting process from state and local governing entities.
