Fast Tracking Corporation Parkway
Corporation Parkway was a "rush" project for a new Tractor Supply Regional Distribution Center and a new Wal-Mart Regional Return Center. Firm completion dates were required to not delay the tractor supply site at the east end of the project. The design timeline was 6 weeks and included designing the storm drain system to accommodate existing conditions. The Wallace Group worked closely with the City of Waco, TxDOT, and Oncor to ensure that all milestones were met.
This project consists of constructing a collector street of approximately 4,400 linear feet in length and 5,000 linear feet of 16" D.I.P. waterline for the City of Waco and the Waco Industrial Foundation. An underground storm drainage system was designed to convey future use discharges. Several stub-outs for future detention ponds were designed and installed. This parkway will provide a linkage between Bagby Avenue and the I-35 Access Road. It will provide access to two tracts of land which are currently under development by major retailers.
