| Grove WSC Presented Check For Water Improvements USDA representatives were on hand to present Grove WSC a loan/grant check for $1,145,200.00. The presentation was made during the Grove WSC Fund Award Ceremony. Receiving the check were Victor Dutschmann, Board member, Lloyd Arldt, Board Member, and Bob Proft, Board Member. The funds will go towards completing necessary water projects, including a 200,000 gallon elevated storage tank and 47,400 linear feet of waterlines. Grove WSC contracted with The Wallace Group, Inc. to design the improvements.
