Recently completed and currently available for students at the University of Texas in Austin, Crossing Place Apartments are geared for a multifaceted environment that fosters academic and social growth. Apartments are available to 2 or 4 roommates, complete with furnishings, cable, and high-speed internet.

The developer of this complex, Student Housing USA, hired The Wallace Group to complete all site development. Engineering and surveying services were provided by our Austin office, with David Smith, P.E. as Project Manager. We provided the following services to this project:
