Construction Administration
The Wallace Group will be at the job site at key times whenever necessary. This includes architectural as well as engineering disciplines.

Construction administration consists of job site observation, submittal review, pay request review, being available to coordinate construction problems, report construction progress to the client, final punch out, assembling all warranties, as-built drawings, etc.., process final pay request and visit the project prior to the expiration of the one year warranty. We have the staff to provide full-time construction administration if requested.
