Scope of Work: The Bosque Arts Center project will provide much needed, classroom, instructional, performance and museum space for an expanding Community Arts Program. The Center is located in Clifton, Texas, and comprises approximately 30,000 SF of new additions to their existing facilities; the original structure once was Clifton College. The center design will allow a number of community activities, to include art classes, seminars, and performances to occur simultaneously. The main floor will accommodate approximately 450 diners in a banquet setting. The second floor will function as a museum to accommodate and display a unique and prestigious western art collection. The third floor will provide lobby space to the original theater in the school, along with classroom and performance space.

Scope of Work: TWG teamed with Pearson Construction Company to provide design build services for the Londonderry Centre', a 2-story 27,000 SF medical office. This steel framed structure has a brick masonry exterior and standing seam metal roof. In addition to Architectural design, TWG provided all survey, civil design, and site improvements.

Scope of Work: Design based upon the Honda Corporate Branding incorporates the signature blue circular entry vestibule and wave canopy constructed of Aluminum Composite Panels. The building structure is a pre-engineered metal frame with metal siding and EIFS finish.

Scope of Work: The new corporate headquarters building for Fikes Wholesale, Inc. is designed around a conventional steel frame, with a suspended slab. The building consists of approximately 45,000 SF, with a two story atrium space, and offices designed to support a majority of the companies under the Fikes umbrella. Exterior finishes consist of burnished block, cement plaster stucco, cast stone accents and a curtain wall assembly at the atrium. Interior finishes include paver tile, terrazzo, carpet tile, and wood trim.
