Scope of Work: The Bosque Arts Center project will provide much needed, classroom, instructional, performance and museum space for an expanding Community Arts Program. The Center is located in Clifton, Texas, and comprises approximately 30,000 SF of new additions to their existing facilities; the original structure once was Clifton College. The center design will allow a number of community activities, to include art classes, seminars, and performances to occur simultaneously. The main floor will accommodate approximately 450 diners in a banquet setting. The second floor will function as a museum to accommodate and display a unique and prestigious western art collection. The third floor will provide lobby space to the original theater in the school, along with classroom and performance space.
